Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy lifetime access to the Ultimate Handstand Library and when you use circoplex.com. You can read them before you pay. If anything is unclear, email info@circoplex.com.

Who we are

The Ultimate Handstand Library is supplied by:

Ben Lowrey, sole trader, trading as Circoplex
Email: info@circoplex.com

What you are buying

Access, for you alone, to the Ultimate Handstand Library: pre-recorded handstand teaching videos by Ben Lowrey and related written material, which you watch online through your account. The sales page describes the contents before you buy. We may add new lessons and update existing ones. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights if a change makes the library worse than we described to you.

Price and payment

The price is the total shown at checkout before you pay. It includes any VAT or sales tax that applies. You pay once: there is no subscription and no renewal. At checkout the price may be shown in your local currency; you pay the amount shown.

Payments are processed by Stripe/Link (Onelink, LLC) as merchant of record. Onelink, LLC sends your payment receipt, and the charge appears on your statement as LINK.COM* CIRCOPLEX. Circoplex sends a separate access confirmation.

Lifetime access

Pay once — lifetime access*

*for as long as Circoplex runs, and at least 10 years from your purchase; if it ever closes, 90 days' notice and a download.

Starting straight away

Digital content starts straight away, and the law lets you give up your 14-day right to cancel when you ask for access to begin immediately. Our own 14-day refund promise still applies.

At checkout you will be asked to tick a box that says:

“I want to start the Ultimate Handstand Library now. I understand that once my access begins I lose my 14-day right to cancel. I agree to the Circoplex Terms.”

If you do not tick it, you cannot buy.

Refunds

14-day refund, no questions asked. Ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you will get all your money back. You do not need to give a reason. The details are in our Refund Policy.

Using the library

Your access is personal to you. You may watch the lessons for your own training. You must not share your login, copy, record, download (except where we offer a download), resell or publicly show the lessons, or use them to teach others without our written permission. If we think an account is being shared we may suspend it and ask you to contact us.

Training safely

Safety first

Handstands and other inversions load your wrists, shoulders, neck and spine, and they are not right for everyone.

Check with a doctor or physiotherapist before you start if you have any neck, back, shoulder or wrist problem, an eye or inner-ear condition, high blood pressure or another heart or circulation condition, or if you are pregnant. Do not turn upside down if a health professional has told you not to.

Warm up your wrists and shoulders before every session. Learn how to come down safely before you try to balance: practise bailing out first, on a soft surface with clear space around you.

Stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness, pins and needles or pressure in your head.

This is general instruction, not medical advice, and it cannot take your own body, history or surroundings into account. If you are unsure whether something is safe for you, ask a qualified professional.

Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. Loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach, or if you and we both had it in mind when you bought. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Your legal rights

Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its purpose and as described. If it is not, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that does not put things right, to a price reduction up to a full refund (Consumer Rights Act 2015). For advice about your rights, contact Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example if the law changes. The terms in force when you bought apply to your purchase, unless a change is required by law or is in your favour.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, email info@circoplex.com and we will acknowledge it and reply as soon as we reasonably can. Complaints about personal data are covered in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you live elsewhere, the consumer protection laws of the place where you live still apply to you.

Circoplex

Handstands taught simply by circus hand balancer Ben Lowrey: the wall first, the way down next, then the shoulders.
