Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you will get all your money back. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@circoplex.com from the address you bought with.

We aim to approve refund requests within 24 hours. Your bank or card provider may take several more days to show the money.

When we refund you, your access to the library ends.

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Payments are processed by Stripe/Link (Onelink, LLC) as merchant of record. Onelink, LLC sends your payment receipt, and the charge appears on your statement as LINK.COM* CIRCOPLEX. Circoplex sends a separate access confirmation.

Starting straight away and your right to cancel

Digital content starts straight away, and the law lets you give up your 14-day right to cancel when you ask for access to begin immediately. Our own 14-day refund promise still applies.

That is why checkout asks you to tick a box that says: “I want to start the Ultimate Handstand Library now. I understand that once my access begins I lose my 14-day right to cancel. I agree to the Circoplex Terms.” Our refund promise above applies either way.

If something is faulty or not as described

This is our own promise and it sits on top of your legal rights. If the library or a lesson is faulty, not as described or not fit for its purpose, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to a repair or replacement and, if that does not put things right, to a price reduction up to a full refund. Nothing on this site limits those rights.

That applies whenever you notice the problem, including after the first 14 days. Email us and we will put it right. Who we are:
