Does the gift code expire?
No. The gift code never expires. They redeem it whenever they are ready.
What if they already have the library?
Redeeming tells them they already have lifetime access, and the code stays valid, so they can pass it on to someone else.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Change your mind within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full, however much you have watched. Email info@circoplex.com from the address you bought with; your access ends when the refund is made. If you are refunded before the gift is redeemed, its code is cancelled. If you are refunded after it has been redeemed, the recipient's access ends.
