Sian was introduced to yoga at the age of 15 to help with exam stresses and worries. She immediately fell in love with the connection to breath and the way the movements made her feel, and started regularly attending classes, finding the practise improved her strength and flexibility in her dance classes.
Most importantly noticing a dramatic and positive impact on her mental health and an increase in her ability to deal with everyday pressure. Sian’s teaching style brings together a unique combination of fun, dynamic flow and powerful postures, with the aim of helping students energetically connect to their bodies and minds, focusing on strength and confidence, making them feel at ease, and leave them feeling relaxed, empowered and enjoying every step of the way!
