Jodie teaches a variety of yoga classes in Bristol, including Vinyassa flow, Yoga for Strength and Conditioning and Power Yoga. This class will start with pranayama (breathwork) and then move through warming sun salutations and a strengthening flow, before moving to a playful hip and heart opening practice working towards Hanumanasana (splits) and Chakrasana (wheel). We will finish our practice with a deep relaxation leaving you feeling calm and nourished.
